Looking down the road

I see the lights in the distance

Is it going to look like it does in my dreams

When I get there and the night comes

Is the music going to rock n roll

Or will it be slow and steady

We will find each other between each song

Moving among the shadows

Swaying back and forth lost in our minds

Will we swing to the rhythm of the time

Or crash and burn on sour notes

Bringing the whole world down all around

When the clocks strikes twelve

The song fades away

As do the dancing shadows

Looking down the road
