There was a time when I knew everything
There was nothing I didn’t know
But now I don’t know
I don’t know if what I know is real or make believe
There was a time when I knew no fear
There was nothing that made me flinch
But know I don’t know
I don’t know if it’s worth the risk
There was a time when the world was quiet
There was a mystery to be had everywhere
But now I don’t know
I don’t know if the noises are real or just illusion
There was a time when there was no knowledge
There was only intrigue
But now I don’t know
I don’t know if the surprise is worth the suspense
There was a time when the earth was flat
There was no reason to go fall off the end of the world
But now I don’t know
I don’t know if we haven’t
There was a time when there was hope
Dreams, needs, wants, desires
Peace, love and freedom
But now I don’t know if we ever had any
There was a time when there were many things to have
There was reason to look beyond the horizon
But now I don’t know
Does anyone?

seemingly, the longer you live, the less you know, the less clear things become. or do they?
The one thing I do know... is with time, there is few things that have not already been experienced, so it's easier to 'deal' with what may come....
all the rest, I just don't know.
Trust in our choices, I supppose... great post!
